- Produce quarterly disruption reports identifying market inflection points
- Design innovation roadmaps for sustainable growth in volatile markets
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into pilot programs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing long-term enterprise roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (Web3, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in business, economics, technology, or futures studies
- Published thought leadership on disruptive market shifts
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
