Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product launches using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen technologies (AI, quantum, bio-integration)
- Build quantitative models forecasting market shifts and adoption curves
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Curate emerging tech ecosystems and identify strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles with tech focus
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Proven track record translating future insights into executable strategies
- Strong quantitative modeling skills with data visualization expertise
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI/ML, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical narratives
- Master's degree in Strategy, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ innovation frameworks or projects
