Qualifications

- Expertise in futures methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Proven track record launching tech products with 3+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology forecasting
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
