Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to $1B+ market impact
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or government tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Fluency in strategic forecasting tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Security clearance for sensitive national innovation projects preferred
