Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Vision Strategy, defining technological, societal, and economic transformation pathways
- Lead interdisciplinary 'Future Pods' to develop breakthrough frameworks in quantum-bio interfaces, climate-positive systems, and neuro-enhancement
- Establish predictive analytics models for 2026 market disruptions using AI-driven scenario planning
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate strategic foresight into product roadmaps and M&A decisions
- Develop ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums, publishing thought leadership on 2026 paradigm shifts
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation architecture, or C-suite futurist roles
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps with $500M+ impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech convergence
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological inflection points
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent advanced degree (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational strategic initiatives launched in the past decade
- Fluency in at least two major global languages beyond English
