Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging tech sectors
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future visions into actionable product roadmaps
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and regulatory developments affecting 2026+ strategies
- Build and maintain strategic alliances with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Present future vision frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech industry
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainability)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Foresight preferred
