As a key member of the C-Suite, you will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align our operations with a bold, forward-looking vision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmap focused on the 2026 milestone.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Advanced Automation) to drive competitive advantage.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to predict consumer behavior and industry shifts.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless execution of long-term strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress toward the 2026 vision.
- Represent the company at high-level industry forums and investor meetings.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term visions (5+ years out) and delivering on them.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MPA) preferred; expertise in tech-forward industries is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence with experience managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Fluency in navigating ambiguity and driving change in dynamic environments.
