- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for Nexus Dynamics, ensuring alignment with business goals for the 2026 horizon.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects in emerging technologies, including AI-driven automation and edge computing.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of complex systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and scalability.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives and product teams to translate technical visions into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Development: Mentor high-performing engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), microservices, and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate market shifts and adapt technology stacks accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
