- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for 2026+ technology roadmaps
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and adaptation
- Mentor junior engineers in forward-thinking design principles
- Present architectural visions to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 3+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and quantum computing fundamentals
- Certification in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., Quantum AI, Blockchain Engineering)
- Proven track record of architecting systems with 10+ year lifespans
- Strong background in predictive technology trend analysis
- Experience leading technical teams through paradigm shifts
- Published research or patents in future technology integration
- MSc in Computer Science or related field required, PhD preferred
