Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI
- Proven expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong technical understanding of ML/AI development workflows
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Published work in AI ethics or related academic journals preferred
