Qualifications

- Proven track record of scaling systems handling 10M+ concurrent users
- Deep understanding of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and emerging security standards
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across 3+ continents
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
- Published author in ACM/IEEE journals on distributed systems
