Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable systems capable of handling billions of transactions for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into next-generation algorithms and high-performance computing paradigms.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee system security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with global standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go; deep knowledge of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure).
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to deployment.
