Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the Year 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- Lead the modernization of legacy infrastructure to ensure seamless integration with future AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical blueprints.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced Edge AI) and recommend strategic implementations.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for code quality and system reliability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns and their impact on system design.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations or greenfield projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and event-driven architectures.
