Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and regulatory landscapes
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized AI) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt strategies accordingly
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of launching products based on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Published thought leadership in technology journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, R, or similar)
