Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness to pilot new product features.
- Architecture Design: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems architecture.
- Team Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performance team of engineers, researchers, and strategists.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for innovative projects.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all emerging technologies adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), machine learning frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of successfully launching disruptive products or leading transformative technology initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
