- Future-Proofing: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) and define technical roadmaps for adoption.
- Strategic Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement Zero Trust architectures to secure next-generation digital assets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or technical leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in distributed systems.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Hands-on experience with MLOps, model fine-tuning, and AI infrastructure.
- Cloud Mastery: Expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a focus on serverless and edge computing.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
