Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the company, specifically focusing on innovations relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- AI & Quantum Integration: Lead the architectural design for integrating Generative AI and Quantum computing solutions into legacy systems.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the migration to next-generation cloud ecosystems and edge computing environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Talent Development: Mentor high-performing engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement proactive strategies to ensure system stability and scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Emerging Tech: Proven experience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Blockchain.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to align technical architecture with broader business objectives and future market trends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
