We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Agentic Engineer to lead the charge in building the autonomous systems of tomorrow. Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of executing complex, multi-step workflows independently.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise-grade reasoning, speed, and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and refine prompt engineering frameworks to enhance agent decision-making capabilities.
- Integrate AI agents into existing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) using containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in AI architecture and agent deployment.
- Continuously monitor agent performance and implement real-time feedback loops for self-improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures (GPT, Llama, Claude) and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and RESTful API design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
