Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap specifically designed to support our 2026 growth targets and market expansion.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including AI-driven automation, quantum-ready architectures, and decentralized systems.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable cloud-native architectures that ensure high availability and low latency for global users.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to align technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Prototyping & Validation: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and apply them to solve complex business problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
