Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 strategic initiative, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation platforms, focusing on AI integration and scalable cloud solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Web3, Edge Computing) and assess their applicability for future growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level business requirements into precise technical specifications.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, system security, and performance optimization.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast tech trends and their impact on business strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
