The Role:
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists to identify and integrate breakthrough technologies. Your work will directly influence our long-term product vision and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on 2026 trends, including advanced AI and quantum readiness.
- Innovation Management: Research and evaluate emerging technologies to assess their viability for integration into our product ecosystem.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof technical architectures that support rapid scaling and adaptability.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align technical initiatives with business goals.
- R&D Oversight: Lead pilot programs and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for experimental technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or visionary role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on high-conversion messaging.
