Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for upcoming technological shifts, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure for next-gen applications, leveraging cloud-native technologies and edge computing.
- Research & Development: Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (e.g., AI agents, spatial interfaces).
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks, implementing proactive solutions to ensure system longevity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to drive business value.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think long-term and architect systems that are adaptable to future market changes.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
