Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning it with business objectives.
- Lead the research and adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum Computing.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that can handle future load and complexity.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and DevOps in a futuristic context.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Proven track record of leading technology strategy for a major product launch or enterprise transformation.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and its potential for 2026 and beyond.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
