Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and implement scalable, resilient software architectures that support business growth and technological evolution through 2026.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Research, evaluate, and deploy emerging technologies (GenAI, Quantum computing readiness, Edge computing) into production environments.
- Strategic Leadership: Define technical roadmaps and mentor a team of senior engineers and developers to ensure alignment with company vision.
- System Optimization: Oversee the modernization of legacy systems, focusing on performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison between product management, engineering, and executive leadership to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in modern frontend frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving digital transformation and implementing large-scale architectural changes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
