Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable software solutions for emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3).
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product vision and roadmap.
- Optimize complex algorithms and system architectures for high-performance computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to define clear technical requirements.
- Ensure code quality, security standards, and performance benchmarks are met across all deployments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and distributed systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go with a strong understanding of systems programming.
- Proven experience designing systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
