Responsibilities
- Define the architectural roadmap for our 2026 technology stack, focusing on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) integration.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable distributed systems using Python, Rust, and Go.
- Oversee the development of proprietary Neural Network models for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making.
- Collaborate with the UX team to prototype immersive, brain-computer interface (BCI) style user experiences.
- Establish best practices for data security, privacy, and ethical AI governance in a post-2026 digital ecosystem.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies such as quantum computing integration.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Computational Neuroscience, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with real-time data processing and high-throughput systems architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
