Responsibilities
- Define and execute the '2026 Technology Vision,' creating a roadmap that aligns with long-term business objectives.
- Oversee the architectural design of systems required for 2026, focusing on scalability and resilience.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of next-gen AI and automation tools.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure Nexus Horizon remains ahead of the curve.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for the organizationās future growth.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to secure buy-in for ambitious technology initiatives.
- Manage the technical budget and resource allocation for high-priority 2026 projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical leadership.
- Proven experience leading teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and DevOps.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and ethical implications.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
- Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
