Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying emerging trends with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Develop and manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI assessment frameworks
- Present future technology visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 12+ innovation specialists and technical researchers
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation leadership with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple continents
- Published thought leadership in future technology (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in innovation management tools (e.g., Stage-Gate, TRIZ, Horizon Scanning)
