Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year tech roadmaps for quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.) with commercial viability
- Drive prototyping and MVP development for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technological foresight insights to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies (VC-backed exits preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or bio-digital convergence
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/ACM or equivalent journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or government grants
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP)
