Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing and next-gen AI
- Partner with VCs to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present innovation portfolios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof architecture principles
- Secure $5M+ annual funding for strategic tech projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching enterprise-scale AI/quantum products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Deep knowledge of Web3.0 and decentralized systems
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust)
