Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with portfolio of launched products
- Expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and innovation management methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
