Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype next-gen AI/quantum computing solutions with 3-year commercialization roadmaps
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to develop 2026-proof technologies
- Identify and validate emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Develop sustainable tech frameworks addressing climate resilience and resource optimization
- Create intellectual property portfolios protecting 2026 market innovations
- Present strategic tech roadmaps to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record shipping production AI/quantum systems or equivalent innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or quantum cryptography
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent industry impact
