Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030, integrating AI, AR/VR, and space tech
- Lead cross-functional think tanks with engineers, scientists, and ethicists to prototype future solutions
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and societal signals to identify disruptive opportunities
- Author whitepapers and policy briefs for Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI and synthetic biology
- Manage a $5M innovation fund, allocating resources to moonshot projects with exponential ROI potential
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
