Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven quantum/AI implementation experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Portfolio showcasing 2020-2025 tech innovations with measurable impact
- Expertise in neuromorphic computing and sustainable tech frameworks
- Track record of securing $1M+ R&D budgets
