- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap and long-term innovation strategy.
- Lead Research & Development (R&D) initiatives focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- Identify emerging market trends and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen technologies.
- Mentor engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or technologies.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or adjacent fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast technological impacts.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
