Key Objectives:
- Develop the 2026 Technology Vision and Strategic Roadmap.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies into core products.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the long-term technology roadmap for the company, specifically targeting breakthroughs relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Advanced AI, Spatial Computing) to determine feasibility and implementation strategies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate technical roadmaps into business goals and actionable projects.
- R&D Oversight: Drive Research & Development initiatives that push the boundaries of current capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or systems architecture, with a focus on future-forward technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ years) and translate complex concepts into clear strategic plans.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, and Web3 technologies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams through periods of rapid change and innovation.
