- Technical Architecture: Design robust, scalable system architectures that can handle next-generation data loads and user interactions.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate visionary ideas into executable development plans.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Horizon Systems remains at the forefront of technological advancement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership roles, with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, or Python).
