Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the architectural design and migration to next-generation cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions into core products.
- Mentor and lead a high-performance engineering team of 10+ developers.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies and present recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance standards are met.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering leadership.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, roadmap development, and execution.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong command of modern programming languages (Python, Go, Java, or C++).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and large-scale data processing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
