Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement a forward-looking technical strategy that aligns with market trends.
- Lead Innovation: Prototype and validate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neuro-computing) before mass adoption.
- Technical Strategy: Guide engineering teams in selecting the right tools and frameworks for scalable, secure systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical reality.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain high engineering standards and mentor junior developers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or technical architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to identify and leverage emerging tech trends (e.g., Web3, Edge Computing).
