In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures aligned with 2026 technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum computing elements into existing workflows.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies for emerging technologies.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on advanced algorithms.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with cutting-edge technology adoption.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering department.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-level programming languages.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum simulators.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with large-scale system design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex tech into business value.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
