Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance technology architectures aligned with 2026 industry standards.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focusing on emerging technologies such as advanced AI, quantum computing interfaces, and next-gen web frameworks.
- Optimize Performance: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement cutting-edge solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish and maintain high coding standards through rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers and architects.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate technological shifts and proactively integrate scalable solutions that remain relevant and efficient in the long term.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with extensive experience in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI & ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning models, neural networks, and data structures suitable for future application.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to deconstruct complex problems and design elegant, scalable technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
