Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through advanced data analytics and simulation tools
- Present future-shaping insights to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Architect sustainable business models for post-2026 market realities
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning tools, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Track record of advising Fortune 500 clients on transformational initiatives
