In this role, you will not just maintain current systems but will pioneer new methodologies for scalability, AI integration, and quantum-ready infrastructure. You will work closely with C-level executives to define the strategic vision that will define our company's trajectory for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product cycle.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Architect resilient, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling massive scale.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure robust security protocols are in place for all future infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or IT leadership.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience in implementing AI-driven solutions and predictive analytics.
- Strong background in database management and data warehousing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
