Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year tech strategy aligning with 2026 industry trends and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AGI, bio-computing, decentralized systems)
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI deployment and carbon-neutral tech operations
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record scaling tech solutions to enterprise level
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech forecasts (NIST, WEF, Gartner)
- Certifications in quantum computing or advanced AI systems
- Experience with ESG compliance in tech ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
