Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market disruption potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Mentor a diverse team of 15+ technical specialists in emerging domains
- Drive sustainable tech integration across product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep expertise in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across 3+ continents
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
