Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital experiences
- Analyze global tech policies and regulatory impacts on future deployments
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps beyond 2025
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
