Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and regulatory landscapes to mitigate risks
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through stakeholder presentations and grant proposals
- Drive adoption of quantum-resistant security frameworks across enterprise systems
- Partner with UN agencies and Fortune 500 companies on sustainable tech initiatives
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, quantum export controls)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Governance (STG)
