Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive shifts in consumer behavior and industry landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and innovation ROI tracking
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
