Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and ethics teams
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
- Author annual 'Tech Horizon' reports for industry publication
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated 2026+ vision
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-AI, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for nascent technologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and sustainable tech principles
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
