Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends
- Lead quantum computing and AI integration projects for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (neuromorphic computing, biohybrid systems)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and industry partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development methodologies
- Author thought leadership papers for industry conferences and publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience with federal grant applications (DARPA, NSF, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, Scenario Planning)
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
